Andrew Lee, Founder and Director of Operations

Andrew Lee is the founder and administrator for Lee Adult Homes. Lee Adult Homes consists of two resident care facilities in Torrance. He has served young adults with developmental disabilities with his unique philosophy of socialization, holistic care and individual growth in a nurturing environment for over twenty years. Bridges to Home is an expansion of his earlier efforts with these young adults.

Mitchell Brown, President

Mitchell Brown has twenty-five years as a design engineer, mechanical engineer, executive and senior vice-president in the optical media industry. He has ten years as a program manager in the Port of Long Beach, California managing federally funded grant projects. He assisted in the founding and managing of “Laurelcrest School for Girls” a non-profit, non-sectarian, single gender school for girl’s kindergarten through eighth grade. He was the president of the Board of Directors from 1996-2005. He was a member of the Board of Directors for the non-profit “Pyramid Autism Center” 2005-2012. He was a member of the Board of Directors for the non-profit “Bridges to Home” 2015-Present. He is a father of twin autistic boys age 23.

Carol L. Gandolfo, PsyD

Provider of mental health services and behavior management consultation to individuals with developmental disabilities. Areas of expertise: Anger Control, Asperger’s Syndrome, Assessments: Disability, Autism/PDD, Behavioral Problems, Bi-polar disorder, Brief psychotherapy, Coaching, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Crisis intervention, Death, dying and grief issues, Developmental: Aging/elderly parents, Developmental: Childhood and adolescence, Developmental Disabilities, Disaster Response, Domestic Violence, Forensics: Competence, Sex therapy, Spiritual/Religious Concerns.

Lauren Brown, Marketing

Lauren Brown is a California State University, Long Beach graduate with a BA in Studio Art with an Emphasis in Graphic Design. She runs her own design business where she combines design for her clients and giving to non-profits/charities. Her younger twin brothers are autistic and one currently resides at Bridges to Home. She looks forward to a bright future and continued growth for Bridges to Home.
